Eruption of the COVID 19 pandemic era in preceding years has resulted at learning being infused with technology, hence emergent new terminologies or prefixes like ‘e’. For purposes this paper, eLearning since been regarded as an essential aspect targeted towards effective schooling. Teaching-learning approaches had to be re-looked universities were held predicaments engage on online contact sessions through blackboard a Learning Management System (LMS). This is software application that necessitates diverse areas, but not limited to, administration, documentation, automation, delivery educational courses and training programs. It for reason paper aims examine whether Blackboard any substantial influence relation learner academic attainment. Little noted by literature entangling rural schooling environments implementation eLearning. Examination was administered qualitative research approach, embedded case study design.
